Jon Burley

B.S. Exercise Science

A lifelong passion for sports and physical fitness fueled Jon's journey from an early age. This enthusiasm led him to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from ESU, where he honed his understanding of human physiology and the science behind optimal fitness.

With a solid educational foundation and a deep-seated commitment to helping others achieve their fitness goals, Jon established Burley's Gym with a clear vision to create a welcoming and empowering environment where individuals of all fitness levels can thrive. As the head trainer, he brings expertise, motivation, and personalized guidance to each client, empowering them to unlock their full potential. Devin Crevani

Devin is a sports physical therapist who believes there’s a better way to do sports PT. While studying under some of the best sports physical therapists in the country, he learned that the key to successful rehab is mastering and executing THE BASICS. He established Back to Barbell PT to raise the bar in sports physical therapy for weightlifters and athletes. When Devin isn’t Olympic weightlifting, you’ll find him spending time with his wife Lauren, or being a dog dad to his yellow lab, Elsa.

Exercise has been a passion of mine since I first started lifting in high school. I decided to pursue further education in college and earned my bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.   

Training others has quickly become something I look forward to every day. Being able to encourage and help others hit their goals has been such a rewarding experience for me. 

I challenge you to take a leap of faith, step out of your comfort zone, and train with the team at Burley's Gym. Leave your excuses at the door and make a decision to change your life for the better.

Jon and Kait Burley

Get to Know Us

In 2017 Jon and Kait Burley got married, bought a house, and started a small personal training business from their garage. In July of 2018, they expanded to the current location on Stockton Street in Phillipsburg. Under Jon's leadership, Burley's Gym has flourished into a vibrant community hub, where members not only build strength and endurance but also forge lasting friendships and support networks. Through his unwavering dedication and passion for health and wellness, Jon continues to inspire and uplift those around him, making a positive impact on the lives of countless individuals. The Burleys are so thankful to God and their family and friends; without them, Burley's Gym wouldn't be here!
